Information provided by carers about themselves and the person they care for is kept confidential and only used for purposes as agreed by yourself. Coded information is provided to the Government to meet reporting requirements, but this does not include any details that will identify a person.

A free newsletter will be sent to you every 2 months with details of activities you may wish to participate in. If you wish to join a Carer Support Group their annual program will also be sent to you.

If you are a Carer, then you can be a part of Carers’ Link as soon as you wish to be – there is no membership requirement.
If you are a service provider and wish to be a part of Carers’ Link, then you should seek membership to be able to vote at the Annual General Meeting.

No, there is no cost to join, but contributions and donations are gladly accepted.

Carers’ Link is set in a homely environment. Just come in and meet our friendly reception staff and they will arrange for you to meet with the staff member who can assist you the best. Our large kitchen is always open for a cuppa and staff are happy to join you for a chat.

No, you can be part of Carers’ Link without receiving any Centrelink payments. If you are caring for someone with a disability or illness you can join us at Carers’ Link.

If you are a Carer, all you need to do is phone us on 8562 4000 and ask to speak with a Carer Support Worker.

If you are caring for a family member or friend with a disability or illness, then you are a Carer.
